When will I receive my order?

In-stock or Quick Ship products normally ship within 2 - 3 business days, plus transit time in shipping.   All orders ship FedEx Ground delivery, with delivery windows varying depending on zone and regions within the Continental US. 

Custom made products have a production time of 4 - 5 weeks, unless otherwise noted, plus transit time in shipping.

Can I edit, add or delete products on my order?

An order can be edited, as long as it has not shipped.  Once an order ships we are unable to edit, add or delete products, or cancel.  If you need to cancel or edit an order please notify us via email at customerservice@thedraperyhardwarecompany.com as soon as possible, advising of the changes required.  We will provide a confirmation via email of the changes made to the original order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be entered into our system and you will receive an automated email with the tracking information.  You will be able to follow the tracking link to get up to date information on the status of your delivery.  You may also contact us at (844) 888-RODS (7637) Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST or email us at customerservice@thedraperyhardwarecompany.com.

My parcel arrived damaged - what do I do?

Although our fulfillment centers take the utmost care in packing all our orders, sometimes parcels are damaged in transit.  If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damaged package and email it to us along with your order number at customerservice@thedraperyhardwarecompany.com.  We will work diligently with our fulfillment center to send a replacement out to you right away.

My Order arrived with missing parts.

Please follow Shop Policy by inspecting your order within five (5) days of receipt.  In the event a part is missing from your order, please notify us right way via phone at (844) 888-RODS (7637) Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST or email us at customerservice@thedraperyhardwarecompany.com.  We will work with our fulfillment center to send out any missing parts to your immediately.

I did not receive my Full Order - what now?

Large orders often ship in multiple parcels.  Unfortunately, even though they are shipped out at the same time, the courier may not put them on the same truck for delivery.  Sometimes, multiple parcels are placed in separate trucks and usually arrive the same day at different times, or on rare occasions the next day.  

If you order items from different collections, for example items from Vesta and Kirsch, they are shipped from different fulfillment centers and will be shipped and arrive separately.
