SHOP POLICY
We provide all the resources necessary via the information provided on our site as well as our knowledgeable Design and Drapery Hardware Expert Team to help you make the right choices when purchasing hardware suitable for your specific needs.
However, we are aware that in some instances a product may be damaged in transit, or a return or exchange may be required.
Once your order is received we urge you to inspect it immediately to ensure the accuracy of your order as well as inspect it for any concealed damage which may have occurred in transit.
DAMAGES, SHORTAGES OR ERRORS
Any incorrect, damaged or defective products must be reported within five (5) business days. No exceptions.
If your product arrives damaged, please ensure you notify The Drapery Hardware Company within the five (5) business days allowance. Any damaged product will be immediately replaced for the exact same product. No refunds or credits are issued on products damaged during the shipping process.
All our products have outlined product specifications, dimensions, availability and return policies individually listed on each product page to better serve you. Please review the information carefully before placing your order.

RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
All returnable products are listed as such on the product page under the 'Return Policy'. Restocking Fees are applicable according to the Manufacturer's Policies. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returnable products. A Return Authorization is what helps the Receiving Warehouse identify your return assuring a prompt and accurate refund for your order.
Please note Shipping Charges are non-refundable. The Shipping Charges paid by The Drapery Hardware Company are more often than not, higher than the shipping charges paid when completing your order; these shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount along with any re-stocking fees charged by the manufacturer.
Orders that ship under our 'Free Shipping' program will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund amount.
Any charges incurred to complete your return are non-refundable. We do not refund any shipping charges incurred in the process of returning your product.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
Returnable products may be returned with a Return Authorization Number for a refund to the original method of payment. Subject to the following criteria: a.) the Return Authorization Request must be received within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order. b.) return must be received within ten (10) days of issuance of Return Authorization. c.) products returned must be received in the original, unopened package and in unused condition; used or installed products are not eligible for a return or refund.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom products are products that are made to order; due to their custom, specialized nature they are non-returnable. Custom products are fabricated especially for you based on your unique specifications.

In the event a Custom Order is damaged in transit or differs from your original order, we will replace the items as per the original order at no additional cost to you.
Please follow our Store Policy, inspecting your order as soon as it is received. Any damages, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of your order. No exceptions.
RESTOCKING FEES
Restocking fees are charged by manufacturers to cover the cost of receiving the returns, inspecting them to ensure the quality of the product has not been compromised and re-stocking the product.
The manufacturer's re-stocking fees vary and are disclosed on each product's page under 'Return Policy'.
