SHIPPING OF OVERSIZE ITEMS

Any rod, pole or traverse rod over 106 inches is considered Oversize and will require to be shipped via Freight Truck Delivery.  The Freight Charges are set by the freight company and vary greatly depending on location, zone and region within the contiguous states; ease of access is a factor in cost. thus if you are located in a remote and difficult to access region the charges will be significantly high.

Whenever possible we recommend splicing extra-long, oversize rods to save the added cost of freight charges.  Our Design and Drapery Hardware Expert Team will help you find a suitable option, and work with you to provide any information or clarification required prior to finalizing your order.

However, we understand that splicing the rods and shipping rods in multiple parts is not always an option.  If your specific needs require a continuous, oversize rod we will gladly provide a Freight quote for you prior to placing your order.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship oversize items to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
